About MoveStrong
We offer personal and small group training to men and women who are aware of the importance of their own health yet struggle to find the right program to take care of their own body. On our sessions we focus on goals, movement quality and progress which means that our trainees receive a smartly built training program, all the education, nutrition and full lifestyle support so they become stronger, more energetic, more resilient and have a better body image without getting injured on the way. We believe that those who work so hard to take care of others should take some time to take care about themselves too.
