Our workout programmes are short, fast-paced and fun, and above all, effective. Our intensive 30 minute programmes (‘Bootcamp’ is 45mins) have been proven to be 9 times more effective at losing fat, than standard personal training programmes. Another study has shown that 30 minutes of intense, hard workouts will increase greater fat loss around the abdomen, when compared to regular 60 minute sessions of lesser intensity.
