I was the first PILATES teacher in Bath. I have worked in the Physio Dept of The Bath Clinic for two years, trained Bath Rugby and continue to teach on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Bath. I run a DROP-IN CLASS on Weds mornings AND Beginner and Intermediate 10 WEEK COURSES on Tues and Weds. I cater for men and women of all ages and abilities. I have SPECIALIST TRAINING IN PRE- AND POST-NATAL PILATES. I will be re-starting my very popular 10 week POST-NATAL CLASSES FOR MUMS + BABIES in November 2012.
