NHS Discount:
NHS staff receive a 15% discount on our season tickets - we offer a £27 card for 6 sessions which will be reduced to £22-95 or a £40 card for 10 sessions which will be reduced to £34. Proof of NHS status will be required to be entitled to discount. Discounts will not be offered on courses as fees are fixed for these sessions.

About Essex Health and Fitness

Community based classes include Pilates for Back Care, Pilates (Beginners to Advanced), Yoga Classes, Zumba Fitness and Bootcamp. Classes are held in Maldon and in Galleywood. Prices start at £4-50 per session for pay as you go classes. No joining or registration fees.
