About Yoga Ness Yoga
YogaNess classes can not only give you a sculpted and flexible body, but through use of postural correction and alignment, can assist in resolving ailments brought on by bad posture. Yoga will also have a calming and relaxing effect on the mind.
Classes are creative, inspired and intuitive based on Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, for all levels.
Small classes, One to One tuition, workshops and retreats are with Ness, who has 20 years of practice and 10 years of teaching experience.
