About Tai Chi Centre Wales
We offer Tai Chi classes and one to one sessions, focusing on relaxation, balance, improving circulation, posture, strength and much more.
We have beginners classes, intermediate and advanced classes.
One to one sessions can be tailored to each individual's needs.
Tai chi is also great for arthritis and strengthening the joints.
The owner of the centre is also a sports therapist and corrective exercise trainer, so he is excellent at being able to adapt Tai Chi to suit anyone who has had injury or any postural problems past or present.
