About Maire Smith Hypnotherapy and Coaching
Hypnotherapy consists of one-to-one sessions which are focussed on your specific needs which are completely confidential.
Useful for changing unwanted patterns of behaviour; such as anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, smoking, eating habits, lack of confidence and insomnia.
During a Hypnotherapy session you will remain aware of what takes place, and will not say or do anything you don’t wish to. You can take yourself out of hypnosis at any time.
When appropriate, a recording of the hypnotherapy will be made during the session (at no extra charge) and provided for you to listen to subsequently. This reinforces the changes and increases the effectiveness of the sessions you have making.
Coaching with Maire consists of tailored one-to-one sessions to help you develop to your full potential and achieve your goals. Coaching sessions can be undertaken face-to-face or via telephone as appropriate to your individual lifestyle and preference.
