I work 1-2-1 with clients who are stressed or suffering from an inability to cope with emotional issues in their lives. I employ clinical, evidence-based strategies that are focused on the solutions to help you find a path between where you are now and where you want to be. I do not analyse the problems, but I can help you think differently about them and find ways to deal with, and stop repeating, those negative thoughts, feeling and behaviours.
