About Browns Bar & Brasserie Bristol
Browns Bristol
The Browns building in Bristol is modelled on the Doge’s Palace in Venice and was once part of the outstanding Bristol Museum and Art Gallery.
It was restored to its former glory in 1992 and is now very much part of the landscape.
Our menu offers contemporary British brasserie dishes. We use only the best quality ingredients, and where possible, work with local suppliers like Netherend Farm Dairy and Thomas J. Fudge’s.
Along with tempting seasonal dishes like our duo of lamb, Browns fish pie and British roast half chicken; our menu includes a selection of delicious Browns Classics.
Enjoy two courses for £11.95* Monday to Friday from 12noon–7pm.
Alfresco dining
With many of our venues offering unique outdoor spaces, Browns is the perfect place to make the most of the light summer evenings. Whether you’re enjoying after-work drinks, date night with your partner or taking the whole family out; a memorable experience awaits.
So come and join us at Browns for a great atmosphere, delicious food, sparkling fizz and cool cocktails!
