Energy Performance Certificates are required for Domestic Properties when they are sold or rented. My normal charge for an EPC is £60.00. Once these difficult times are over my charge for an EPC for all NHS workers will be £50.00. The EPC & Fee Invoice will be sent by email within 24 hours of my visit. The Fee Invoice can be paid by BACS & payment is expected within 5 days of date of Invoice. Quote DTE/SAVA
