Gilmour & Holohan Training Ltd has a vision to support and promote the lives of individuals through the delivery of therapeutic intervention and education. Our directors and staff are registered nurses and teachers in the adult sector. We have experience in delivery of the Condition Management Programme across the Greater Manchester Region to DWP recipients as well as working with the custodial services where individuals with long term conditions receive one to one or group work where appropriate. We offer a blend of therapeutic and educational programs in which the client is empowered to make life choices that would be beneficial to them as we offer accredited qualifications to those learners/clients that want to make a difference in their life. The continuity of having the assessment and regular review session (of which a max of 10) is performed by the very person helping their Health & well-being. This is a new concept which we feel will benefit many clients and assist them to gain the confidence to re-engage in the workforces. As registered health professionals and educators we work to a code of Professional Conduct and are regulated through our governing body The Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) also via The Teaching Council.
