JCfitness delivers the highest standard of personalised fitness and nutritional coaching in Edinburgh. Our professional team is composed of both fitness and health care professionals. Therefore, we understand first hand the demands of working in National Health Service. Our service is suited to helping NHS workers improve their physical health so they may better meet these daily, occupational demands. We accomplish this by focusing on the desired goals of the individual and applying a structured approach that creates plans for goal attainment.
For improving body composition, we utilise structured exercise and nutrition plans personalised to the individual. For rehabilitation goals, we perform an initial assessment from which we design and implement a specific rehabilitation program. Similarly, objectives to improve fitness require specific attention to exercise program design and nutrition.
