Postnatal: I will teach you exercises to regain your abdominal strength and repair any Diastasis Recti. You will learn how to perform curls/situps without straining your neck or lower back. We will also perform abdominal exercises using the stretchy band to help prepare for Pilates Rollups to regain your 'Powerhouse' - strong tummy and bottom. The class will help you regain your figure.
