I offer Counselling for short term focused work and and Psychotherapy for longer in depth work. I am a Person-Centred Humanistic Psychotherapist, who trained an accredited in 2002. My training was with the Karuna Institute who have promoted the importance of mindfulness for over 25 years. I have worked experience with working with individuals and with couples. I can also offer mindfulness based Supervision.
