At Baby & Child, no two families are the same and we pride ourselves on finding the right match for you and your family.
All of our nannies are of a very high quality and undergo an in-depth registration process which includes an in-depth face to face interview with us, a thorough check of references which is sourced from at least three sources including the nannies last employment. We also verify the nannies documentation which includes qualifications, driving license, passport and proof of address. Because we care about you, if we find a perfect match, we will carry out a further DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check on the nanny once a formal job offer has been made and accepted. We also encourage all nannies to be registered with Pacey, ensuring that they are updated with current legislation.
