About WenLin Chinese School
WenLin Chinese School is supporting YoungMInds Children's Mental Health campaign. We are pleased to be hosting a FIRST EVER Chinese Traditional Art Festival Charity Fundraiser in MAY as part of the Wandsworth Art Fringe 2018. The school aims to communicate to the public the beauty and strength of Chinese art and culture, as well as to heighten awareness of mental health issues in today's youth. All ticketing proceeds shall be donated to Youngminds, a UK charity committed to the mental health of children and young people.
The festival is quite an exciting one; as you can see on the posters each day will have their own unique programs. It is a great opportunity to buy some affordable Chinese paintings and calligraphy works, enjoy the music, tea and Chinese food. This is something you will probably experience only during Chinese New Year in London's Chinatown!
An even greater cause for this charity is promoting mental health awareness among children and young people, a topic that concerns every child and young adult everywhere. Sadly, suicide is the no.2 cause of young adult deaths today. Very shocking to know especially when you have children of your own.?
