I offer one to one counselling using a holistic approach to look at all aspects of your unique , individual situation and requirements. I do not believe that there is one therapy that suits everyone. I use an integrative approach, which means that I incorporate all three schools of psychotherapy and creatively use various methods appropriate to your needs at every stage of your therapy. These include:

I am a trained Aromatherapist and Reflexologist and so have an understanding of how much the emotions affect the body and health and how ill health can affect the mood.
