Free initial consultation NHS discount for individuals of £25 per session and couples £40 per session. This discount is available to NHS staff and their immediate family (partners, parents, siblings or children). Simply mention that you are a member of the NHS when making an enquiry. There are sessions available on a weekly or fortnightly basis, and available during the day time on Thursdays and Fridays, as well as the possibility of an evening (depending on availability)

The service is completely confidential, and offers a warm, supportive and compassionate place to get the help you need. Short or long term support available.
