Specialist in the management of acute and chronic back pain through a modality of soft tissue therapies. Treatment for men and women of all ages. Modalities include, amongst others, sports massage, osteopathic techniques and soft tissue release. Most of my clients suffer from occupational back pain, whether it be through poor posture at work, long periods sitting or standing or not using the correct handling and lifting techniques. I help them to manage/eliminate pain and stop reliance on painkillers.
