For direct bookings, we will offer a 10% discount of our standard rate for the room as shown on our website booking page and further discount up to an additional 5% for stays of 4 or more days in any single week. Some of our rooms will accommodate more than 2 people, an addition charge is added for the extra person. In this instant we will apply the discount to the full amount payable for the room.

We are a family owned and run traditional Bed and Breakfast, we are located a short walk from Southampton City centre, with easy access to the Central Train station, Mayflower theatre , Cruise Terminal, the New Forest is less than 20 minuite drive away.Southampton General Hospital and the Royal South Hants Hospitals are in close proximity being less than a 10 miniute drive away. We offer flexible options for room bookings. With short term and long term accommodation, with or without breakfast, we also have serviced apartments with self contained kitchens for longer stays. We can offer free parking which can be reserved if required.
