I am a certified personal trainer specialising in ante and postnatal training. I offer 1:1 PT sessions from a semi-private studio in Little Eaton or in the client's home.
Whilst weight loss/maintenance is a key component to exercise, I encourage clients to focus on non-aesthetic goals, strength, functional movement and body confidence. Nutritional guidance is included in packages, as is the advise and support building health lifestyle habits.
