The school has consistently gathered momentum over the last decade and is a leading UK Chef Academy with a truly international appeal. It has a weekend Cookery School that runs each Saturday throughout the year. WhitePepper continues to break new ground – it’s ingenuity and adaptability has made it a driving force within the independent sector for culinary arts education. This was recognised by a regional Education Award by BAPTA. It is listed as a Gold Centre internationally, won Best in Britain three times and was described in a review by 'Country Calling' as "A new generation cookery school."
