About Coaching for Change
I know from experience that working in the NHS and other health care setting can be very rewarding, but also incredibly challenging. The achievements in your everyday work and the impact you have on others can be truly mind blowing, but sometimes the negative impact on your own life can be enormous.
I am now working as a life coach and I have been working with people, in a range of supporting roles, since the age of 16 years old and I remain passionate about supporting people who are striving to become the best versions of themselves. I would like to offer my support to you in the important and sometimes challenging work you do. Together we can focus on your work life or your private life for you to find direction and happiness.
As a coach I can offer a safe, caring, and fun environment with you where you can explore how to have better relationships with others, work, self and life. For over 25 years I have gained a wealth of experience professionally, working in sexual, mental and public health as a specialist nurse working with behavioural change. This experience enables me to create safe environments in which to discuss intimate and sometimes difficult issues, with a wide range of people.
