I am a qualified and accredited psychodynamic practitioner. I offer evening and daytime sessions of psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy. I have extensive experience over thirty years of working with people struggling with personal issues, mental health problems and on personal development.

Ongoing therapy provides the opportunity for to make sense of feelings, thoughts and behaviour in order to develop resources to live life more fully.
I work with people who are often struggling with personal, relationship and/or work issues which have resulted in stress, depression, anxiety, anger, low self esteem and lack of motivation. I also work with people who are experiencing physical symptoms such as headaches or problems with eating, sleeping or self-care.
I also offer supervision and therapy for personal growth and development.
