We are currently closed due to Government guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic, but we are offering online sessions to support NHS staff and key workers where needed. The Perfect Balance Health & Lifestyle offers 40 years experience in health and wellbeing, stress, anxiety, injuries and relaxation. Set within the tranquility of Sudbrook Hall adjacent the deer farm at Barlow. We work with a person-centred approach and all our treatments are customised to the individual, offering excellent support and guidance.
