About Sussex Fitness & Wellness
I’m a passionate women’s health and fitness coach, specialising in the areas of safe fitness for women, pelvic floor and core rehab, nutrition and women’s wellness. My holistic approach focuses on prenatal, postnatal, perimenopausal and menopausal women with one common goal – to help women become strong and confident in the way they move and look.
Through my qualifications as a general fitness coach, Holistic Core Restore® coach and sports nutritionist, I’ve combined all my knowledge and experience to deliver empowering one-to-one sessions, classes, educational workshops and motivational talks – giving women the tools to embrace life.
