We are a ladies only gym focusing on inch and weight loss. We have a unique 30 minute resisted tension circuit. Ladies are measured and their personal programme card is reviewed every 3 weeks. We provide support in a caring environment. Ladies are also given nutritional advice following a low sugar diet.
